Terms for purchasing Full Size Images and QTVR movies in electronic form

By purchasing an electronic image or a QTVR, license is granted for one time use, for either one of the following:
1. Print 1 copy for personal use; or
2. Keep in electronic form in a personal album; or
3. Show in a business or personal presentation printed or in electronic form (on a computer or projected on a screen).
By purchasing a Full Size Image (electronic form) or QTVR, license is specifically NOT granted for duplication, publication, distribution in printed or electronic form, exhibition, or any other use not described in #1 above or not authorized in writing by the PanViews copyright owner. For example, the license does not entitle a website to publish on the web or resale the picture; the license does not entitle a news organization to publish the picture in printed or electronic forms of distribution.
Full Size/Full Resolution images in electronic form are available in either one or both of the following two distribution methods:
1. As an Instant Download (upon credit card authorization);
2. Full-Service image serving (we will process the order in the office and email the image or provide download instructions). This is NOT an automatic download. A person in our office must see the order placed on line, run the credit card payment and either email the picture or provide downloading instructions. If you require the picture instantly, please go back to the site and see if the image is available as an INSTANT DOWNLOAD. We keep normal business hours, but it is possible that your request for full-service image serving may be processed more than 24 hours after order is placed. These are the terms and conditions for Full-Service image serving. We will be unable to honor refund requests if these terms and conditions are not adhered to.
For any other use, please make your request by email or snail-mail. We do grant licenses for other uses, but only in writing. For professional use, the master BMP can be made available. Transfer to film is also possible, however the resolution of the master BMP exceeds film resolution.

Terms for purchasing Panoramic Posters or Prints

By purchasing an image at the price listed on this web site, license is granted for one time use, for either one of the following:

Personal use of the poster of print at home or in the office; or
Business use, by showing in a presentation as a print or projected on a screen or on a computer display.

By purchasing a Panoramic Poster or Print at the price listed on this web site, license is specifically NOT granted for duplication, publication, distribution in printed or electronic form, exhibition, or any other use not described in #1 above or not authorized in writing by the PanViews copyright owner.

The Panoramic Posters or Prints are professionally printed. Delivery time is about 2-3 weeks (not exactly 2-3 weeks). Delivery time is usually MUCH less than 2-3 weeks (the printing facility is usually not very busy) but may be more around the time of major holidays. If you are working on a deadline, please specify that on the Order Form, however, we are not able to change the printing schedule of the printing house. If you DO NOT wish to receive the Panoramic Poster or Print after a certain date, please specify that on the Order Form. These are terms and conditions for the sale of Panoramic Posters and Prints. We will be unable to honor refund requests if these terms and conditions are not adhered to.

Exactly the same image presented on the Web site is printed (minus the copyright overlay). Panoramic pictures present a view that is impossible to capture with "normal" cameras. The very large panoramas present a view that is larger than the human normal field of view. Because of technical reasons (due to panoramic processing and exceptionally large field of view), when examined under magnification, certain elements may appear distorted or imperfect. Any such imperfections are not visible under normal viewing and will not interfere with the enjoinment of the beautiful panorama. Ordering assumes acceptance of this fact. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be possible.
