FREE conversion PAL (or SECAM) to NTSC or NTSC (or SECAM) to PAL.  If your transfer to DVD involves changing from PAL/SECAM to NTSC (or vice versa), we do not charge for the standards conversion.  (NTSC is the television standard used in North America, PAL is used in Europe and much of the world, SECAM is used in France and other countries)

You may submit your master in either PAL, SECAM VHS or NTSC.  (NOTE: selected formats are available only in NTSC.  Please see Formats)

You may order your final DVD in either NTSC or PAL.  Same price.

 

ATTENTION:   Some old-model DVD players do not play DVD-R's.  Read about DVD player compatibility!   If in doubt, order our Test DVD.

Yes, there still is time to send in your order for pre-Holiday delivery, but please don't delay.  If you are submitting an order for pre-Holiday delivery, please indicate so in the Special Instructions box of the Order Form.  For 4 days turnaround (or 48 hours), please use one of our RUSH Service options.  After December 4, all orders for pre-Christmas delivery MUST be placed using one of our RUSH Service options (remember to allow adequate shipping time).  After December 11, you must obtain our OK for pre-Christmas delivery when placing a RUSH Service order.
